Welcome! This charming 45m² house in Porto offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere for an unforgettable stay. The home features an open floor plan, creating a bright and inviting space. The living room is furnished with a cozy single sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table for shared meals or work. A small terrace, accessible from both the bedroom and living room, is equipped with a table and chairs, providing a quiet spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchenette includes all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and a full set of cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the house is equipped with a washer, drying rack, and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed dressed in luxurious, hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The ensuite bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing and refreshing experience. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
