The property is located on the second floor and accessible by lift. To access the room's floor you'll need to climb 2 flights of stairs. To prepare delicious meals, the kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favorite shows, and a dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer and ironing facility to meet laundry needs. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. They also have balconies to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Great location accommodations were clean and safe. We stayed over two weeks and could have used a few more household supplies. However there is plenty of stores close by to meet the extra demand.
