The perfect holiday home for friends and families. Equipped with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay, this charming 3-bedroom garden home is also conveniently located a short walk away from the Porto City Center and approx 25-minute walk to the beach.

Conveniently located a few minutes to Porto City Center, Park, and about 25 minutes walking to the Beach, where you can find several amenities, Restaurants, Surf Classes, Bike rentals. Local Fish Restaurants in Matosinhos. (Walk/Car/Bus). In this 125 m² Cosy and Typical house, you will relax with a sunny garden and a great atmosphere that will allow you to rest and enjoy all the city has to offer. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities for your use. There is a living area with a sofa where you can relax after a day in the city. The bedrooms come with comfy beds with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Free Street Parking! Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
