Large windows fill the room with natural light, while the dining area, featuring a round table, provides a cozy setting for meals or planning your next adventure. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including an electric stove, oven, and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare everything from breakfast to a home-cooked dinner. The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, and soft lighting to create a relaxing atmosphere. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the modern bathroom features a spacious shower, with fresh towels provided for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Guests will have access to the entire apartment located on the 2nd floor. Please note, there is no elevator available, so be prepared for some stairs.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Roztomilé ubytování přímo v centru Porta - doporučuji! : Ubytování se nachází přímo v centru města, na nákupní ulici. Vše bylo čisté a uklizené a vybavené základními věcmi (nádobí, hrnce, ručníky, …)

Ideálně umístěno! Snadný přístup. Velmi dobře vybavené, pěkný prostor pro 4 osoby s malým balkonem, odkud je krásný výhled na Rua Santa Catarina! Velmi dobrá matrace, čisté povlečení a dostatek ručník
