The property is close to various attractions, such as the Douro River, Miradouro das Fontainhas, good restaurants and shops, and the Heroísmo metro station is just 1 minute away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my property! It is located on the ground floor. This delightful 30 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area, with two single beds, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement and make delicious meals. The bedroom is elegantly decorated with a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
