Čtvrť
In the heart of historic Ponta Delgada, you’ll find the iconic triple-arched Portas da Cidade standing as a gateway to the old town and just a short stroll from the harborfront promenade. You can wander through charming streets to discover the fishermen’s church Igreja de São Sebastião with its ornate Manueline portal, or take a relaxing coffee break at Louvre Michaelense, a stylish café converted from a 1900s haberdashery. When hunger strikes, heading a few minutes further will take you to the lively tavern A Tasca, where local Azorean classics meet friendly atmosphere and hearty meals.
