Čtvrť
Located in Paris’s vibrant 11th arrondissement, just a stone’s throw from Place de la République, this apartment boasts a central location with excellent transport links. Here, you’re at the crossroads of several of the capital’s liveliest neighborhoods. The 11th arrondissement is the heart of everyday Parisian life: artisanal bakeries on every corner, neighborhood bistros where you can sit down for a no-frills lunch, restaurants serving cuisines from around the world, friendly brasseries, and cocktail bars that have made Parisian nights famous. From morning to night, the neighborhood is alive and never really stops. The entirely pedestrian-friendly Place de la République offers a pleasant open space right in the heart of the city. From there, the Marais and its mansions, galleries, and designer boutiques are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Canal Saint-Martin, with its locks, waterfront terraces, and footbridges, is also nearby—perfect for a stroll along the water. The location is exceptionally well-connected: the République station links five metro lines, quickly connecting you to all of Paris. The Louvre, Notre-Dame, the Eiffel Tower, Sacré-Cœur, the Opéra Garnier, and the Grands Boulevards are all just a few stops away. The 11th arrondissement offers a rare balance between the energy of a bustling neighborhood and the charm of authentic community life. It’s the perfect place to experience Paris from the inside.

Located in the heart of the 11th arrondissement in a sought-after neighborhood just steps from Place de la République, this apartment combines charm, natural light, and functionality. Well-appointed, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Ideal for an unforgettable Parisian experience, whether with family or friends. A 50-square-meter ground-floor apartment overlooking a quiet courtyard, in a secure building, featuring: - 1 spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, and smart TV - 1 island-style dining table with chairs for 4 people - 1 Fully equipped open kitchen (stove, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine) - 1 Bedroom with a comfortable double bed and TV - 1 Room with a walk-in closet and storage - 1 Modern bathroom with a shower and vanity - 1 Separate toilet Additional amenities: Wi-Fi and washing machine Cleaning fees include fresh sheets and towels for each guest, and cleaning is performed by a professional housekeeper. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is in the basement, on level -1: you reach it by going down some steps and it gets little natural light. This can be difficult for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account. * The bedroom has no window: it stays dark and the air circulates little, so its door needs to be left open for ventilation. Guests who feel uneasy in enclosed spaces may find it uncomfortable. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be a 2-minute walk from Place de la République and its metro station (lines 3, 5, 8, 9, 11), in a quiet 50 m² (538 sq ft) apartment that stays cool during heatwaves, with comfortable beds and a washing machine. Come discover the timeless charm of Paris from our apartment. Book today and get ready to experience unforgettable moments in the City of Light.
