Ideally located just 3 minutes from the Goncourt metro station, it offers easy access to the city's historical landmarks.

Situated on the 5th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 48m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Atelier des Lumières and Musée National Picasso-Paris! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a dining table for two. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need during your stay, such as a stove, a kettle, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a single bed. Both come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
