Enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming apartment, well decorated and equipped to meet all your needs: Living room: A convivial space with a convertible double sofa bed, TV screen and dining table, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Open kitchen: Practical and fully equipped, including hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bedroom: A welcoming room with two comfortable double beds and quality bed linen. Bathroom: One modern bathrooms with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, ironing board, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a typical Parisian building without an elevator, reached by a narrow staircase. Carrying luggage up requires some effort, which can be difficult for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility. There is a keypad at the building's entrance, and the door may require careful handling upon arrival. * The apartment is not air-conditioned. In summer, it can get hot inside, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat. * The open kitchen is small. It is fine for simple meals, but cooking for a family or a group of six requires some organisation. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be in the upper Marais, a few minutes' walk from Arts et Métiers and Temple metro stations, in a quiet 45 m² (484 sq ft) apartment with comfortable beds and a washing machine.
