Enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming apartment, well decorated and equipped to meet all your needs: Living room: A convivial space with two double sofa bed, TV screen and modern decor for relaxing moments after your explorations. Open kitchen: Modern and well-equipped with hob, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine and dining table. Bedrooms: Three cosy bedrooms with double beds and quality bed linen, offering optimal resting space. Bathrooms: Three moderns bathrooms with all the necessary amenities. Two separate toilets: For added convenience. Additional amenities : Washing machine, Dishwasher, dryer, Freezer, Iron, Ironing board, Wi-Fi access included, Bed linen and towels provided for each guest. ⚠️ Important information, please read before booking: * The apartment is on a semi-basement ground floor, partly below street level: it gets little natural light and the rooms stay dark during the day. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will have 120 m² (1,292 sq ft) on a quiet street in the 11th arrondissement, 110 m from Parmentier metro station (line 3), with three bedrooms, two double sofa beds, three bathrooms, two separate toilets, a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher.
