Indeed, the 11th arrondissement played a decisive role during the great workers' revolts of the 19th century. Don't miss also the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR. Formerly a working-class district, the XIth arrondissement is now one of the capital's most "trendy" districts, especially on the Place de la Bastille side, with many bars with different atmospheres. The apartment boasts an open floor plan design. The living room features a spacious, comfortable sofa and a coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and a dining table for six, making it perfect for preparing delicious meals. Additionally, the apartment includes a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Please note: The towel dryer in the apartment is currently not functioning. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
