Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area, and a comfortable sofa bed. Ideally situated just 4 mins from the metro station and a few minutes from famous attractions, you can enjoy a tranquil stay while being in the heart of Paris.

Welcome to my studio! Experience modern living in this charming 30m² studio located on the 2nd floor (without a lift). Tastefully decorated, it ensures a comfortable and delightful stay. The studio features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living space includes a convertible sofa bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a TV, and a desk ideal for working remotely. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare delicious meals quickly. The dining area comfortably seats two guests. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bathroom includes all the essentials: a shower, toilet, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
