Situated on the 1st floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 95m² apartment is close to top attractions in Paris, such as Place du Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower! This apartment features an open floor plan. The living room has comfortable sofas, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for watching all your favourite shows, and a dining table for five. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers three single beds. Each room is thoughtfully arranged, with a desk and a wardrobe. All the beds are made with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a shower and toilet, and another with an additional shower.
