Please do not smoke in the accommodation No parties and non-smoking accommodation Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it. Arrivals are completely independent. Early check-in & late check-out : For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
