This fourth-floor flat (no lift), located in Paris’s 1st arrondissement, is the ideal place for couples or friends. You’ll appreciate its proximity to numerous tourist attractions, such as the Louvre Museum and the Sainte-Chapelle. Châtelet metro station is a 2-minute walk from the flat.

Welcome! The front door of this 35m² flat opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The flat is on the fourth floor and is accessed via the stairs. Please note that there is no lift, which may make it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. The living area features a very comfortable sofa that converts into a single bed, a television and a table for two. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare your meals. The bedroom features a double bed, neatly made with hotel-quality bed linen. The bathroom includes a washbasin, a mirror, a shower and a toilet. There is also a washing machine in the flat. The flat is professionally cleaned between stays. All you have to do is enjoy your stay!
