Welcome to my 40 m² apartment on the 1st floor, without a lift, in the 14th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people in its bedroom with a queen bed, its fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro and Montparnasse train stations, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful 40 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor (no lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, featuring a comfortable lounge with a sofa and a dining table for 4, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen–size, 160x200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and a mirror. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and features smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
