Welcome to my 42m² apartment on the 1st floor in the 15th Arrodissement. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people with its bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro and tram, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris! Please note that this property is only available through a mobility lease, for a minimum of 30 nights.

Welcome to this beautiful open apartment measuring 42m², located on the 1st floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location with everything you need nearby and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table for two people, perfect for sharing meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, utensils and crockery. The accommodation comprises one open bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The double bed (140 x 190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair-dryer, a towels dryer and a mirror. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is separated. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. The accommodation was great and very pleasant. One small area for improvement, however: you should consider checking or replacing some of the electrical sockets. Several weren’t working properly and
