Welcome to our apartment! Centrally located, this apartment is just a short walk from top attractions like Champ de Mars and Parc André Citroën. The living room features a sofa, an armchair and a TV where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. There's also a balcony overlooking the stunning city views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to cook a delicious meal, including an oven and a microwave. The bedroom has a double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, a work desk, and a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The bathroom contains all the essentials, such as a shower, a toilet, and a mirror. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your safety. Please note that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
