Welcome to my 35m2 apartment on the 2nd floor in the 14th Arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates two people, with a living room, a bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet and charming stay in Paris. Please note that this property is only available through a mobility lease contract, for a minimum of 30 nights.

Welcome to this beautiful 35m² apartment, located on the 2nd floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to restaurants, shops, transport links, etc., and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area equipped with a sofa and a smart television. The adjoining dining room features a table for two, perfect for sharing meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and crockery. There is also a washer-dryer for added convenience. The accommodation comprises one bedroom, carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen – 160 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a hair dryer, a towel dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
