Welcome to my 80m² apartment on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) in the 10th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, featuring two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. A large, very comfortable sofa (270 × 120 cm) in the living room provides an excellent sleeping space for a 5th guest, complete with bed linen. Ideally located just a few minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay in Paris.

Welcome to this beautiful 80 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location and is the ideal base for exploring the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a large sofa and a television. The sofa (270 × 120 cm) is not a sofa bed, but is exceptionally comfortable and perfectly suited for sleeping — bed linen is provided for the 5th guest. The adjoining dining room features a table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (queen - 160x200 and double – 140x190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom features a shower, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated. There is also a washer-dryer for added convenience. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Náš pobyt jsme si opravdu užili. Apartmán byl krásný, klidný, prostorný a velmi čistý. Lokalita byla skvělá, ložnice pohodlné a sprcha byla obzvlášť příjemná a velmi prostorná. Také se mi líbily šampo
