If you are looking for a nice place to stay near Paris, this cosy studio apartment is ideal for couples. It is bright and modern and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. The property is well-connected and conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

Welcome to my home! This property is located on the 4th floor, accessible by a lift. Please note that it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Designed with an open space, the main area features a comfy sofa, where you can relax, a wide-screen TV and a dining table. It has large windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, and it has access to a lovely balcony with a table and chairs. This space also has a kitchenette equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric plate, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use. On the other hand, there is a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens that ensures a good night's rest. It also has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers to store your belongings. Last but not least, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. There is also a washing machine. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

A beautiful, almost new flat with a large bed, which is comfortable but creaks quite loudly. This might be a nuisance for couples. But that’s the only thing that needs improving.
