This 53 sqm home features a king, double, and bunk bed (smaller size, ideally for children), perfect for families. Enjoy a tastefully furnished living room with a TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, and restful bedrooms, all in a minimalist style. Relish the warmth and functionality of your temporary home.

Retreat to the peaceful bedrooms, which include a king and double bed, while the bunk beds offer a fun space for kids. The bathroom features a soothing shower and fresh towels for your comfort and convenience.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please note that the bunk beds are only 175cm wide, making them not suitable for adults.

Excellent location and really easy to find, also had Excellent off street parking. Amenities near by were fantastic and the house was lovely & homely.
