The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants, and shops, and the Blanco Argibay - Pinos Baja bus stop is just 4 minutes away, taking you directly to downtown Madrid, where you can explore the city.

Welcome to my home! Tastefully decorated, this chic apartment with 160m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The property features radiant floor cooling and heating, ensuring a comfortable and cozy atmosphere throughout the year. Also, this housing has mechanical ventilation that allows to have renewed and clean air. It comes with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The vast area has a warm ambience, making it even more inviting. It has access to an inner patio with a swimming pool (available seasonally) and outdoor furniture. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, and a third with bunk beds , a single bed and a working desk. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. The pool is seasonal and available only during summer months until September. In Madrid, it is normally available from May 15th onwards, although, weather and availability permitting, it may be accessible a few days earlier. The pool is not heated. The lighting and waterfall jets are currently not available for use.
