With easy self check-in and the metro just minutes away, the best of Madrid is right on your doorstep.

Step inside a light-filled, open-plan studio thought out with care, where every detail is there to make your stay easy and comfortable. The sleeping area has a cosy double bed, surrounded by soft blue tones and colourful artwork that give the space a calm, welcoming feel. The living and dining area has a sofa and a round table, ideal for a morning coffee or a relaxed dinner in. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home: a fridge with freezer compartment, a two-zone induction hob, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and a capsule coffee machine for your morning espresso. For extra comfort, you'll also find a TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and a vacuum cleaner. Please note: the heating is centralised and managed by the building's community of owners. It runs automatically during the winter months on the established days and times, and guests can't adjust it.

The entire studio is yours during your stay. It's on the ground floor with direct access from the street, so there are no stairs, lifts or shared areas. Check-in is fully self-service with a smart lock. You'll receive a link before your arrival and can let yourself in at any time that suits you.

Self check-in with smart lock. A smartphone with battery and internet connection is required; no physical keys are used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access link and instructions a few days before your check-in, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linens during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces if the property has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the full right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Velmi pohodlné : Je to velmi pěkné a pohodlné. Je to blízko metra Vinateros (L9). Dávám tomu hodnocení 9. Nedávám 10, protože nám nenechali přikrývky. A v listopadu je zima. Jinak bylo všechno skvělé

Dobré malé místo mimo Madrid blízko stanice metra. Bylo trochu nepohodlné jezdit tam a zpět do centrální části Madridu. Hostitel je velmi vstřícný. Místo je dobré, jen není blízko centra.
