Welcome to my apartment! This charming 78 m² apartment with two bedrooms in Madrid is the ideal retreat for families or digital nomads seeking comfort for long stays in the city. The property is located on the ground floor but features two levels. On the lower level, you'll find a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need, such as stovetop, oven, microwave, and all essential utensils and cutlery. For added convenience, a washing machine and ironing equipment are also available on this floor. Upstairs, the first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second has a single bed. All beds come with quality linens. A dedicated office space with a desk and an additional single sofa bed provides the perfect setting for remote work or quiet reading. The bathroom comes fully stocked with essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for the first days, ensuring a comfortable experience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay! Note: Although the apartment has been carefully renovated with soundproofing, it is located in an older building, so occasional noise from neighbors may be heard. Rental Agreement: This is a seasonal rental apartment. Please note that you will need to sign a rental agreement before your arrival date.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
