Welcome to my 27m² studio on the 2nd floor with a lift at the 7th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people in its living room, which features a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in Lyon!

Welcome to this beautiful 27 m² studio, located on the 2nd floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a convertible sofa and a television. The double sofa bed is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, refrigerator, utensils and crockery. The adjoining dining table seats up to 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a mirror and toilets. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
