Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the first floor (accessible by stairs; please note that the lift is currently out of order), this two-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable base in London’s creative E8 neighbourhood. Just a short stroll from the lively Broadway Market, you’ll find independent shops, vintage boutiques, artisanal food stalls, and plenty of great places to eat. With nearby train stations providing easy access to the rest of the city, it’s the perfect spot to experience London’s vibrant local culture. The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation, with a spacious sofa, armchair, stool, and flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling doors lead out to a private balcony, offering a lovely space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including essential cookware and cutlery. Both bedrooms feature king-sized beds dressed in hotel-quality linens for a comfortable night’s sleep. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay as convenient as possible. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience. Enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout
