Settle into the cosy seating area with a sofa and ottoman while large windows fill the apartment with natural light and overlook peaceful garden views. The fully equipped kitchen features integrated appliances, including an oven and stovetop, along with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay. Retreat to the serene bedroom, where a comfortable double bed dressed in fresh linens awaits. Elegant touches, bedside lamps and abundant natural light create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
