Retreat to the snug bedroom, where a plush double bed awaits for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom offers a touch of luxury with a modern walk-in shower and a heated towel rail, ensuring a refreshing start or relaxing end to your day. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Highly recommend this place. Peaceful and quiet, tucked away minutes from regent’s canal. Very close to public transport and in a safe area.

My mom and sister stayed for 4 nights in mid April. Fantastic stay. Excellent location and pristine condition (as advertised). The flat was very comfortable for the 2 of them and conveniently located
