The bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, ensuring a refreshing start to your day. The office provides a quiet workspace, complete with a desk and chair. Outside, the large backyard invites you to relax on the comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh air or a twilight barbecue.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Perfektní místo pro nás na pracovní cestu, při práci v Riverside Studios, jen 10 minut chůze podél řeky. Dům byl hezky uspořádaný a dobře vyhovoval naší tříčlenné rodině. Velmi rychlá reakce na dotaz
