This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Please be aware that there are CCTV cameras on the premises. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

It’s spacious with all things you need and the kitchen is well equipped. It is well designed, with unique micro cement walls. The bedroom is quiet and we liked having a little courtyard space outside.

We stayed with our 3-year-old son... we had very good days. Easy communication with the host and everything just as in the photos
