This versatile outdoor studio is fully furnished with a dedicated work desk, comfortable couches, a smart TV, and extra wardrobe storage—offering a quiet, private sanctuary for remote work or relaxing away from the main apartment. The kitchen has appliances, essential cooking utensils, and dishware to meet your culinary needs. The dining table comfortably seats four guests. Additionally, a washer is provided to meet your laundry requirements. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed. Both bedrooms are tastefully adorned, and the beds are fitted with complimentary high-quality hotel linens. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). Guests will have access to the entire home! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.
