Welcome to my home! This stylish studio features a bright, open-plan layout designed for both comfort and convenience. The living area includes a large Smart TV with access to popular streaming apps such as ITV, BBC, Netflix, Prime Video, Rakuten TV, and other available streaming apps, as well as a dedicated workspace with a desk (computer and accessories not provided) and a dining table. The sleeping area is thoughtfully integrated into the space and features a luxurious king-size bed dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A spacious wardrobe provides plenty of room to store your belongings throughout your stay. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a toaster. The bathroom has all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
