This charming 2-bedroom house in the Georgian Quarter is the perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm. The property features a lovely terrace where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. The house is located in the picturesque Georgian Quarter, known for its stunning architecture and vibrant atmosphere.

The property spans 85m² and is situated near two of Liverpool’s most iconic landmarks: the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, one of the world’s largest, and the neoclassical Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. The area is also renowned for its proximity to Hope Street, a vibrant cultural hub with independent cafes, bars, and restaurants. The house has two floors, separated by a set of 11 stairs. The living room is furnished, featuring a sitting area, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The living room features a sofa bed that pulls out into a double bed, while the bathroom and two bedrooms are located upstairs. The area features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. Upstairs, the first bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second has a double bed. Both rooms are tastefully decorated, and the beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort and convenience. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
