This tiny dead-end passage is part of one of Lisbon’s oldest neighbourhoods and traces its origins to the 16th century, deriving from the former Beco dos Remédios near the Chapel of Nossa Senhora dos Remédios. The location offers excellent public transport access. Nearby stops include Rua dos Remédios, Cais da Lingueta, Santa Apolónia station, Mercado de Santa Clara and Lisbon Cruise Terminal. Within a few minutes walk, you will find cultural landmarks and local eateries. Highlights include the Igreja de São Vicente de Fora, the imposing Miradouro de Santa Clara and the historic Feira da Ladra at Campo de Santa Clara. Located on the ground floor, please note that a few steps are required to reach the entrance. The apartment features a thoughtfully designed open-plan living space, complete with a comfortable sofa, TV for your favourite entertainment, and a dining table where you can enjoy meals or spend quality time together. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, along with ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure a relaxing and convenient stay. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor terrace with a seating area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. A shared BBQ is also available, making it a wonderful spot for leisurely evenings filled with good food and great company. For your comfort and peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. A few things to note: The apartment is located on the ground floor, but there are several steps within the building complex after passing through the main gate. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
