The house features two cosy and peaceful double bedrooms, each furnished with quality linens to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. For year-round comfort, both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning and heating, allowing you to enjoy the perfect temperature whatever the season. One of the highlights of the property is the private heated indoor pool, offering a wonderful way to enjoy a swim at any time of day, regardless of the weather. After your swim, the comfortable living areas provide a lovely space to sit back, chat and spend time together. Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas. Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure. Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals). Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.

Kouzelná místo v tiché vesnici (s úžasným výhledem). Centrální bod na ostrově pro přístup ke všem zajímavým místům. Co říct o ubytování? Perla! Nádherný dům, funkční, dobře promyšlený, hezky zařízený.
