Welcome to my apartment! This charming 35 m² one-bedroom apartment offers a cosy and convenient retreat, ideal for couples. While located on the ground floor, please note that a few steps are required to access the property. For added convenience, the apartment provides access to a shared laundry room and a communal terrace, offering additional space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The open-plan living area is thoughtfully designed, featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV for your entertainment, and a dining table where you can enjoy meals or unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with essential appliances and cookware, including a stove, oven, and microwave — perfect for preparing home-cooked meals with ease. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes all the necessary amenities, such as clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
