Welcome to your perfect getaway in El Puerto de Santa María! Bright two-bedroom apartment for up to 5 guests, right by the beach, with a private terrace and sea views. Fully equipped, with fast Wi-Fi throughout and digital-key access. Ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for peace, comfort and the sea on their doorstep. In summer, you can also enjoy the complex's communal swimming pools.

A third-floor apartment with lift, sleeping a maximum of 5 guests, designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive: Living and dining room with open kitchen: sofa bed, dining table for 6, TV (not a Smart TV) and air conditioning. Private terrace with sea views: direct access from the living room, perfect for breakfast, reading or enjoying the sunset with the sea breeze. Two bedrooms: each with a double bed (150×190), a spacious wardrobe and a standing fan. Full bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and juicer, with everything you need to cook. Washing machine, iron with ironing board and drying rack (no tumble dryer). High-speed Wi-Fi (around 250 Mbps) with good coverage throughout the apartment, including the terrace. Baby cot available on request. Easy access: lift and wheelchair ramp. Communal pools: the Puerto Sol complex has two pools with a lifeguard, open only during the summer season (roughly mid-June to late September). They are closed outside the season. Heating and cooling: air conditioning and heating in the living room; the bedrooms have fans.

🔑 You will have access to the entire apartment and its private terrace! Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Access is via digital key (smartphone with internet required). Inside the apartment you will find a set of physical keys to come and go for the rest of your stay. The complex has a concierge, every day from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. During the summer season, the concierge opens the communal pools, which are for the exclusive use of guests and residents.

📋 House Notes and Rules (Strict) Legal registration: Mandatory for guests over 14 (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed. Quiet hours and noise: Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 10:00. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75 dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund. No smoking: Neither in the apartment nor in the building's common areas. Cleaning: Please leave the dishes clean and take the rubbish out when you leave. The bins (including recycling) are on the street, turning right out of the complex. We recommend taking rubbish out before 9:00 or after 21:00. Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals). Visitors: Access is forbidden to anyone not included in the booking. Child safety: The terrace is not enclosed (railing 1.10 m high). Do not leave children unsupervised. Communal pools: Open only during the summer season and for the exclusive use of guests. Children must wear armbands. Umbrellas and inflatables are not allowed. Common areas: Ball games in the courtyard are not allowed, and bikes or scooters must not be left in common areas.
