The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet all your cooking needs. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, along with ample storage space. The rustic bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, complimentary toiletries, and fresh towels. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure your comfort. Please note: Use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited. This apartment is not suitable for children or babies. Enjoy your stay!

A quick note for guests: Edinburgh has introduced a visitor levy (city tax) on all bookings starting from the 24th of July 2026 onwards. This tax will be included in the accommodation price. Please note there is free parking along St Clair Street. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time between 3pm and 10pm. We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Excellent location, city centre and Leith area both walkable. Very easy to get to by public transport from airport also. Airlink Express to city centre and N16 to Leith walk. Lovely apartment, perfect

Fantastic stay great location to the tram which takes you to the centre, place was spacious and clean would absolutely stay again
