The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed dressed with colourful, patterned cushions, creating a cosy space to unwind after a busy day. Generous windows allow plenty of natural light to flow in, with lovely views of the surrounding greenery. The contemporary bathroom offers a refreshing shower, complemented by modern fittings and everything you need for a comfortable stay. To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

A quick note for guests: Edinburgh has introduced a visitor levy (city tax) on all bookings starting from the 24th of July 2026 onwards. This tax will be included in the accommodation price. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Měli jsme tu opravdu hezký čas! Okolí je krásné a prostor byl velmi pohodlný k pobytu. Došlo k menšímu zmatku s automatizovanými zprávami ohledně data přihlášení a rezervace, ale informace přes Airbnb
