Just a heads-up: This is a new area, so you are likely hear some construction nearby. GuestReady is not the owner of this property and acts solely as an agent managing the property on behalf of the owner.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Skvělý apartmán jen pár minut od Creek Harbour, s fantastickým vybavením, blízkými obchody a krásným prostředím vhodným k procházkám. Check-in proběhl hladce, efektivně a přátelsky. Velmi doporučuji!
