Welcome! This lovely 50m2 studio is on the 19th floor, accessible by lift. Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and well-kept. It has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a comfortable king bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. Step outside and relax on the balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Construction Notice (July 27 – Sept 26, 2026): Please be advised that renovations are taking place at the Level 2 roundabout to expand the area and add new tile decking, seating, and landscaping. During this two-month period, you may experience construction-related noise, vibrations, and dust, as well as temporary traffic diversions and restricted access around the Level 2 area. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
