Perfectly located on Sheikh Zayed Road, close to Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates and Ibn Battuta. Just 7 minutes’ walk to the metro, 11 minutes’ drive to JBR Beach. Supermarket and 5 restaurants on-site, plus smart home features and a luxury mattress for restful nights.

Welcome! This lovely 90m2 apartment is located on the 21st floor, accessible by lift. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the canal and city views. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Note: The gym is open and available for use. Please note that the pool is currently under maintenance, with no confirmed completion date at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
