Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a Sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements as well as a microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Kindly note that there is ongoing construction facing the canal, which can be seen from the balcony. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Modern style, overall nice. Did take a while to find because the listing mentions "The Sterling" which is a different building in another block 740m away...
