Nearby the area are a variety of restaurants with different cuisines you can explore on the JBR walk or have some fancy dinner in The Address JBR. 2 minutes from the building is a Choitrams grocery store, a Life Pharmacy and a small clinic accessible by walking.

The apartment is designed elegantly, providing a luxurious and comfortable living space. The apartment is located on the 22nd floor with an elevator.

Welcome! The living room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a single sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the views. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances and essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. There is a fit-out taking place next door until September 10th, and some noise may be heard during the day. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that the pool will be closed for maintenance until Friday, 9 October 2026. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Beautiful spacious apartment. Perfect for 2-4 people. Great balcony, smart TV, comfy beds with en-suites. Good gym on 42 floor. Walking distance from JBR and a couple local grocery/supermarkets nearby
