Step into the bright open-plan living area, where a comfortable sofa and dining space create the perfect setting to unwind after a day of exploring. The living room also features a sofa bed, ideal for additional guests. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner. The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, soft bedding, and large windows that fill the room with natural light, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Adjacent to the bedroom, the bathroom features a refreshing shower and all the essentials needed to start your day comfortably, with fresh towels provided for your convenience. Step outside onto the private balcony, where a small table and two chairs provide the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
