Made up of neighborhoods such as El Gòtic, El Raval, El Born and La Barceloneta, this area stands out for its medieval and Roman architecture, charming squares and lively narrow streets. Among its main points of interest are Barcelona Cathedral, Las Ramblas, Plaça Reial, La Boquería Market, the Picasso Museum, MACBA, CCCB and the Palau de la Música Catalana. In addition, La Barceloneta offers privileged access to the beach, making the area especially attractive for those who wish to combine city living with the sea. Ciutat Vella is excellently connected to the rest of the city thanks to several metro lines such as L1, L3 and L4, numerous day and night bus lines, and key stations like Catalunya, Drassanes, Jaume I, Liceu and Barceloneta, which allow quick and convenient travel. It is an ideal area for walking or cycling, with multiple Bicing stations, and from Plaça Catalunya there is easy access to commuter trains and direct connections to the airport. Its incredible location right in the heart of the city, very close to the Cathedral and other points of interest, together with excellent public transport connections to reach any part of the city according to your needs, makes it an unbeatable option.

Note: Accommodation intended solely for short-term holiday and leisure rental. Signing a contract specifying this purpose is required. Welcome to my studio! This charming studio, tastefully and modernly decorated, is close to several of Barcelona’s most important tourist attractions, such as the Cathedral, La Rambla and La Barceloneta. It is located in the very heart of Ciutat Vella. The studio features an open-plan design where the bed, living-dining area and kitchen are combined into a single space. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and a dining table for two guests. Separated by a glass partition is the cozy double bed, complete with bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential utensils and cutlery you will need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven and microwave. The bathroom includes everything necessary for your comfort, such as clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your convenience. Please note: this apartment is for temporary rental only and is not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a temporary rental contract and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive the contract to sign. Without a signed contract, the reservation will be cancelled with no right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form is completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Check-in hours: from 15:00 to 22:00. Please note that check-ins after 22:00 may incur an additional cost. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
