This light-filled apartment balances historic character and modern comfort, featuring an expansive open-plan layout connecting the lounge, dining area, and kitchen under original brick vaulted ceilings. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all necessary cookware to prepare meals effortlessly. The accommodation comprises three distinct bedrooms, including a double bedroom with original decorative tile flooring and direct access to a private balcony, a bright double bedroom with warm wooden flooring and nightstands, and a third bedroom equipped with twin beds and storage options. The floor plan includes one main full bathroom with a walk-in shower along with a secondary service room featuring a toilet for added group convenience, while exposed brickwork, high ceilings, and quality linens are integrated throughout the entire home.

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linens during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces if the property has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the full right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
