Located at Place de la République in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, this apartment is on the first floor (without elevator) of a typical Nordic building. The Parking in front of the building is in a restricted time area. You will need a stationary disk. (subject to availability). Please note that access to the mezzanine is not suitable for everyone. It is a perfect choice for visiting the region!

The apartment, located on the street side, is composed as follows: - Living room with open kitchen and lounge area (with connected TV) - Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet - Sleeping area on the mezzanine (be careful, the ceiling height of the mezzanine is 1m10) with a second television Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please also note that the accommodation does not have shutters, only blackout curtains. You will have access to washing machines (shared with the other occupants) in a room located in the cellar (level -1). The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
