This charming 55 m² one-bedroom apartment boasts stunning views of the Douro River and Porto from its balcony, providing a perfect retreat to enjoy the beauty of the cityscape and serene river. The property features an open floor plan and is situated on the first floor and accessible by stairs. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, perfect for preparing delicious meals. For your convenience, the apartment also has ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom boasts a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a spacious wardrobe for ample storage. The bathroom is well-appointed, with clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the apartment is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
